The OCU magazine in its December 2019 issue publishes a study that analyzes the authenticity of the Iberian breed in sliced products that are commercialized at different points of sale in our country.
All products have been analyzed in independent laboratories following the instructions of the OCU experts. They are acquired in stores among the best-selling models; OCU hasn’t accepted manufacturers samples.
The OCU’s ratings, from one to five stars, reflect the results of this analysis.
