Carnicas Iglesias has displayed its products in an exhibition organized by the
Commercial Office of ICEX in Belgrade (Serbia), with 45 attendees from the HORECA channel. Participants have shown great interest in three types of quality from Iglesias which are Serrano, Iberico and Bellota. However, the Iberico was the most desired quality.
Among all exhibited products, the assortments of Iberico (loin, ham, chorizo and salchichón), homemade artisan chorizo and free-of-additives chorizo have aroused most of the attention in the exhibition.
